Order a gift voucher
You can order a gift voucher via the contact form. Please provide the following details via the contact form:
- the recipient of the gift voucher (first name and surname)
- the value of the gift voucher
You will then receive instructions on how to pay for the gift voucher. You will receive the gift voucher digitally (as a PDF). You can send this voucher digitally. It is also possible for you to print out the gift voucher yourself and hand it to someone.
Terms and Conditions for the Gift Voucher
The gift voucher is valid for 2 years. This means that the gift voucher must be redeemed within 2 years of issue and the stay must take place within this period. The issue date and expiry date are stated on the gift voucher. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift voucher cannot be topped up or resold.
Bookings using the gift voucher can be requested via the contact form. A gift voucher must be paid for in full in advance. It is not possible to redeem a gift voucher after a booking has been made.
