Ferienstudio Heidi is suitable for a maximum of 2 adult non-smokers who:

• are nature lovers. You might enjoy birdwatching and admiring flowers.
• enjoy sporting activities. Perhaps you’re looking forward to new adventures.
• are mobile. The studio is not suitable for people with limited mobility or who use a wheelchair.
• value peace and quiet. You enjoy peace and quiet and you are calm.
• you respect the surroundings (e.g. nature and neighbours/fellow guests). You fit in well with a respectful, village-like environment.
• are reliable and responsible.
• handle the studio and its surroundings carefully.
• are neat and tidy.

Pets, parties and events are not permitted.

We believe it is important that you treat the Ferienstudio and the surroundings (such as the neighbors) with respect. Keep noise to a minimum. Keep Ferienstudio Heidi clean and leave it tidy when you check out (in the same condition as how you found the Ferienstudio). Due to allergies, we wish to avoid irritants to the respiratory tract. Please do not use perfume, strong deodorant or similar products.

To ensure that guests staying after you also have a pleasant experience, we have house rules and booking conditions. By booking with us, you agree to these house rules and booking terms and conditions.
